(Returning as always to fact that students dont't have enough money...) I am making some home made presents this year. Could it be drawings? No. Cookies? No. Does it contain chocolate? Why yeas ofcourse!!!
Started of with some orange-ganache that turned out so delicious i just have to tell!
Made ganache with Valrhona Le Noir Gastronomie, cream, butter and orangepeal (organic oranges, ofcourse, and lots of it), but what made it so special, was the stuff i dipped the ganache in: melted white chocolate with som coconutoil in. (Not coconut fat, that stuff doesn't taste much, but oil, same consistency but much more tastefull and healty.) The white and the coconut complemented eachother perfectly!
Just had to tell... Let me know if any of you have other reipes that are suitabel for som (a bit expensive, actually), homemade gifts.

I have given away chocolate with recipes :-) For example to aunt, uncle & kids I bought 1 kg block of Amedei 70% or Chuao and wrote recipes for hot chocolate, chocolate cake and chocolate mousse. (But I don't use to buy such big amounts though ...)

That's not stupid! But now I have finished, made in total 8 different kinds of chocolates and candy. (And everyone of them surprised me, didn't know it was so easy to make something so good!)

It's all about ingredients, green. And that's not only something they (whoever ...) say. It's a fact! :-)
