Hello all,

You either love them or hate them….I love fondants!

I’m looking to make an orange cream, a very traditional chocolate but I’m not sure how to make the fondant so that it is really soft and oozes (without being liquid if that makes sense?!)and I’d like it to be orange in colour. I have a tub of fondant and some orange essential oil, what else do i need and how on earth do i make it?

If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Add some invertase to the fondant or else alcohol and that will make it go “oozy” after a day or so. Food colouring can be added for the orange colour – maybe some orange rind if you like as well
