I have a recipe for nut fudge which i found in an old cook book. This fudge is dipped in chocolate. I’m not sure which one exactly you are looking for the dipped fudge or undipped. But here it goes:
This is a recipe i use for dipped fudge.

455g couverture chocolate, 1, 400g condensed milk can, 1 tsp vanilla and 60g chopped walnuts.

melt chocolate no need to temper, stir in condensed milk and vanilla into melted chocolate. Mix in the chopped walnuts until an even fudge texture is formed. spread fudge into a lined baking tray spread out evenly and leave to set for 24 hours. cut into shapes and dip in chocolate. This recipe is best eaten within 3 months.( if it last that long!!!!
