It was such a great excitement to be able to find this forum.

In this section, hot chocolate had been discussed a lot but I wonder what happen to cold chocolate drinks? does everyone only drink hot ones?
I am hoping that someone is able to share their experiences in cold drinks such as ice chocolate or blended drinks. Especially I have no success for blended ones, cream had been seperated from the paste that I used. Maybe the blender is an important key?

Ahh... we sell it in our shop
After easter, we switch the hot chocolate machine to ice cold
It is in fact an ice tea machine that stirs and cools the mix
Mix is same as for hot chocolate (see our website)
Cold is even better than hot, sort of like melted ice cream
my advise: do exactly same recipe as for hot chocolate, let it cool
in fridge, sieve, froth up a bit and enjoy!

Yeah, basically. If chocolate is good enough to drink hot and good to eat as a bar, then why not cold? Just prepare hot chocolate as you normally would and allow it to cool.

Interesting. I haven't really tried to leave a hot chocolate to cool down before. In the past I used chocolate powder so I would assume powder will sink to the bottom. Recently I start to use real chocolate to do my drinks but never come up with this idea. Thanks and I will give it a try.
