I've been in touch with Joanne Harris (Author of Chocolat) to find out ... it is in her book - The French Kitchen - page 237. The book also has the recipe for "Nipples of Venus" - page 220.

You should not feel silly about that, there's nothing like the combination of a good-looking man and chocolate to make a girl feel good ;)

And for a recipe, try adding a tad of cayenne to your regular hot chocolate (and perhaps making it with cream or heavy milk to get it nice and thick...)
