Does anyone here, know the proper technique, to make a three layered truffle bar? I want to know what utencils I need, to separate each layer of ganache. The type I want to make is, the dark ganache, the middle is milk ganache, and the base is again dark ganache. Has anyone here made this recently? I really would appreciate some feedback on this.
