I love the Chocopaedia section of this site and find it an invaluable source of information. However, one thing that has occasionally frustrated me is that although you can use the advanced search option to search for bars by country of manufacture, you can not search by country of bean origin. Could this feature be added as one of the search crieria?

Similarly it would be great to have the option of searching by particular bean types such as Arriba, Carenero Superior, Porcelana etc. or more generally forestero, trinitario, criollo and nacional.

Would anyone else enjoy these additional features?

Agree, a search by country and/or bean type would be good. And, when possible, bean type included in every single review. Although, there is some hot water there, as to what exactly is “criollo.” Still, it could be good if the reviewer attempts to learn whatever they can about the bean.
