Is there an online retailer that ships Amedei or Valrhona to Australia?  The local importer of Amedei charges more than twice the UK price (over 10 pounds per 50g bar of Chuao) so I'm desperate to find a good supplier online.

I think The Chocolate Society website ships to Australia: http://www.chocolate.co.uk – they do Valrhona but not Amedei

Thanks for that, I'll check them out. 

I've since discovered Chocolate and Love, one of this site's sponsors, who will deliver Amedei to Australia.  I've placed an order with them, so until it arrives I can't comment on how good they are, but in the dealings i've had with them so far I've been quite satisfied.

I've recently received orders from both Chocolate & Love and The Chocolate Society.  Both companies shipped to Australia and both deliveries were great.  I definitely recommend both of them to anyboty in Australia. (or elsewhere for that matter)
