I am looking for a chocolate supplier that is nut free and dairy free. Ideally I would like to find someone who processes the chocolate into bars. I would also be interested in someone who could sell the nibs either pre-roasted or roasted and I could complete the processing. The main goal here is to find nut free and dairy free chocolate that can be certified.

Croge – whereabouts are you?

I operate a strictly nut-free premises in NSW Australia. I’m not at the commercial stage with chocolate yet, but I can supply raw nibs in pretty much any quantity immediately.
