Just in case anyone is in the Manchester area and finding it hard to get hold of something good to eat… Domori’s Porcelana, Latte Sal and also tasting squares of their Cru range are on sale at Thomas William, a kitchenware shop on Deansgate. Valrhona is on sale in the Selfridges food hall in Exchange Square, tucked away and badly lit at the back of their chocolate section. It took me a year and a half to stumble across these do I just thought it might be worth sharing! :-D

You also have Domori, Amedei, Enric Rovira and Dolphin in Harvey Nichols, next to Selfridges.
