I live in NYC and have had ZERO luck finding Leysieffer chocolate here or anywhere in the US. Does anyone know of a store that carries it, or a US internet-based retailer that will ship it to me? I’m dying to try the Salz bar!

This seems to have a Canadian address, phone number and fax. Perhaps they’ll ship it to you – or if you’re really desperate you can go to Canada.
