Hi,
after reading the glowing reviews on this website, I’m dying to try out Pierre Marcolini’s “Fleur de Cacao”. The seventypercent shop currently lists it as out of stock. Is there a new shipment on the way? If not, could anyone point me to another source where I can order this chocolate bar online? I’m guessing this would be cheaper than buying it in a specialty brick-and-mortar chocolate shop, especially since those tend to be extremely expensive in my native city (Vienna, Austria). And in fact, I haven’t seen this bar for sale anywhere here.

Also, you could order from Brussels or other online shops in Europe. But if you do, you’ll probably have to order quite a bit of other chocolate to make the shipment and its shipping charges worthwhile. If you just want Fluer de Cacao by itself, then you’re better off looking for it at a store.

I would also love to know where to order this online – an American e-tailer preferably, as I am located in NYC and I can’t stomach the idea of paying more for shipping than for the actual chocolate! I love Chocosphere, but they don’t carry Marcolini – any other options?

Marcolini’s NY shop is on 485 Park Avenue and is within eyeshot of the Fauchon shop as well. I recommend you visit there too. The employees in both shops are very kind.
