hi everyone,
i’ve just got through reading chloé doutre-roussel’s book and she got me all curious about some of the stuff i haven’t tried yet.
anyone know where i might get my hands on steve de vries and/or m. recchiuti chocolate in germany or per mail order in europe?

I just recently tried their stuff at a chocolate show in NY city and have heard they are wonderful, but they truly are! Although, I don’t know if there is another chocolate company by the same name that I’m confusing this with. This company is based out of San Francisco.
