Chocolaterie Hovby No 9 is a Swedish Chocolatíer situated in the southern part of Sweden not far from Copenhagen.
They use couverture from Michel Cluizel and are regognized as one of the best chocolatiers in Sweden.
Recently there was a documentary about this chocolatier and the lady behind it on a national Swedish TV-channel. I missed that program and have never tried their products.
