Hi there, can anyone suggest how to seal the two halves of a novelty shape made with plastic moulds. These moulds dont fasten together like the professional ones. Up to now, Ive been melting the two chocolate shapes on a heated baking tray and then pressing them together. Is there a simpler method because this isn’t suitable for very larger or small shapes due to the difficulty in handling? Is there a method whereby I could run chocolate around the edge and then clip the two halves together. I need to acheive a really neat seal. I haven’t yet tried using a hairdryer because these are hollow moulds not solid so there isn’t much to melt.
