Someone has to do the “dirty-work” so I have created a webpage with a new links library (More than 200 links).
I’ve been askek by our editor Marin to publish this list. Now I need help from you forum members to improve the links library before it’s published. We also need a suitable structure of the links.
The list is a good start but I know there is a lot of knowledge out there and we need help. Your knowledge covers different areas so do we have any volunteers?

To add to the list of companies: French Debauve & Gallais (debaube-et-gallais.com), and english Ackermans. There is exhaustive list on ICCO site – http://www.icco.org/links/linksmanuf.htm.

The list on ICCO site is “infected” by mainstream chcocolate companies but it’s good for checking. I’ve restructured the UK list and included Ackermans (Address missing).
Ellie, French Debauve & Gallais is already in the “Where to buy” list (both Paris and NY).
“Bar companies (“real chocolate” producers)” was not ment to be the name of the final company list. I think it should be named something better.
Monte, maybe your list could be compared with “mine” to see what differs? Any idea? I think we can wait with the list of importers and distributors. Later we can decide if it should be “published”.
Maybe a few of the links should be moved from the “Bar companies” section to “Where to buy” section?

Alex, you can help me. I’ve listed one German and one Austrian internet shop. In the Austrian web-page 4 addresses in Vienna are listed. In the German web-page 13 addresses are listed. Only two of them in Munich. So please tell us what is missing.
