Does anyone have any advice on which mould to use to make a cube shaped chocolate on a stick. This is the latest craze in some coffe shops. Hot chocolate sticks. I dont know where to find a mould deep enough to make a 20g solid cube. Like the ones in Melt chocolate shop London.

i’m not sure i know what you are talking about exactly, but would an ice cube tray not give you aprox 20g per cube?
