Venezuela’s been getting pounded by rains, especially caracas, barlovento (miranda state). i’ve got pictures of the panaquire and guaire rivers showing the extent of the flooding that may or may not be of interest. The rainfall on the 8th was a record rainfall for a 24 hour period in that area, and if it continues through today, seriously threatens a number of plantations in the area.
